Grow taller after puberty with three yoga exercises
You think that the child cannot grow any taller after puberty. However, with the right kind of exercises, your child can grow taller. There are yoga asanas and exercises that can help elongate the growing bones.
There are three yoga exercises that you can do at home that will help you grow taller provided that they are performed correctly and regularly:
Pelvis Thrusts (Repeat 10 times):
Lie down on back on mat or on the floor.
Bring your knees up so that your legs are bent and the heels of your feet are touching your behind.
Reach your hands down and grasp your ankles.
Thrust your pelvis upwards while maintaining the rest of your body in as much of a still position as possible.
Repeat.
Back Stretch (Repeat 10 times) :

While still lying on your back, cross your legs into the classic "yoga position" so that the tops of your feet and toes are resting on top of the opposite thigh.
Keeping head on the mat or the floor, bend neck upwards so that you are essentially looking behind.
Arch back up as high as is comfortable, feeling the stretch.
Hold this position for about 3 seconds and then return to the mat.
Repeat
Hang on (Repeat 6 times)
This exercise involves hanging from a rod and stretching body completely.
Keep your toes pointed to the ground, stomach and buttocks should be sucked in tight and chin should be up.
Benefits: This exercise increases height. It also strengthens your hands arms and shoulders and leads to a strong stomach.
