1. Max Palmer: Height “ 8' 2" (2.49 m) ” 
 Max's acting career spanned from 1952 to 1954. He starred in such movies as Invaders from Mars and Killer Ape with Johnny Weissmuller. He also guested variety shows such as Dean Martin/Jerry Lewis Comedy Hour, "Spade Cooley TV Show", and The Jimmy Durante Show
2. Neil Fingleton: Height “ 7' 7½" (2.33 m) ”
This title has been confirmed by the Guinness Book of Records in the summer of 2007; Fingleton takes over from Christopher Greener who stands at 7 ft 6 ¼in (229.2 cm) in height.

Mayhew has played the part of Chewbacca in four Star Wars films: the original trilogy (Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back and Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi) and Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.
