Every day, baby should drink calcium fluid 500 mg at 7 to 7:30, baby should sunbathing from 6:30 am about 15 minutes or take Vitamin D3 drops 1-2 days at 9 am the sun.
Baby should eat types of seafood to supplement calcium and minerals. Drink breast milk and drink liquid enough, eat cheese and yogurt, change types of milk.
Daily diet for 9-month-old baby should have 2-3 meals to have 4 of powdered nutritional balance of the food for a cup of rice flour about a tablespoon of meat / fish / shrimp / minced tofu, one tablespoon of finely chopped vegetables to eat and a similar spoon cooking oil, 800 ml of milk to drink, fresh fruits.
